Tech Tip: Changing Card Size/Type
Before printing ID cards, be sure the card size selected in the driver matches the card size in the hopper or you’ll receive a card jam error.
To change the card type/size:
- Go to Printing Preferences > Page Setup
- Choose the picture on the left > Dropdown to select the card size
- Choose the picture on the right > Dropdown to select the card type
