Paper & PVC Cards
Materials for our ID Card PrintersSwiftColor has proprietary Paper and PVC cards! These SwiftColor cards are unique because there is a special ink receptive layer, and the cards have been tested and pair with single pass print head technology for a perfect print! We also have the ability to add additional security features such as UV Hot Stamp, UHF, Hologram; however, these are special order.
Standard Media Options
Cards are available in a wide range of sizes, including CR80, CR100, and 4” x 6” options. You can customize the cards with hole punches on either the short or long sides. For added convenience, we offer pre-printing, with an additional two-week delivery time. Each card is approximately 24 mil thick and features a semi-gloss finish.
TuffJet Cards
TuffJet cards combine durability with sustainability. Designed with a PET film core and a coated paper surface, they offer exceptional tear resistance, rigidity, and stability. TuffJet’s three-layer product structure is robust, resistant to edge tearing, water impermeable and suitable for certain outdoor applications.
