Tech Tip: How to Use Shipping Mode
Is your season winding down? Won’t be needing your printer for a while? Remember to put your printer into Shipping Mode.
Go to Printer Properties > Utility tab > Click Shipping the Printer. The driver will give you step-by-step instructions and a constant status of the process.
Once the printer is in Shipping Mode, power off.
