Run a Manual Cleaning
Seeing lines or streaks on your media? It’s time to run a manual cleaning.
1. Go to Printers and Scanners > SwiftColor printer
2. Select Manage > Printer Preferences > Utility
3. Choose Medium Cleaning and follow on-screen instructions. If lines remain on the media, complete a Strong Cleaning afterward.
The cleaning process should take about 20 minutes. Watch the cleaning video here.
